Pediatric Physician - Full-Time Pediatrician (Mesa, AZ)

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence in Mesa, Arizona. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote physical health, development, and well-being, and to expand access to quality care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, and anticipatory guidance.
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; provide education and preventive guidance.
• Participate in quality improvement, chart review, and team meetings as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CPR and AED certification consistent with American Heart Association/American Red Cross standards.
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.
• Strong pediatric clinical knowledge and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
