**Salary Range: $240,000–$300,000 + Productivity Bonus**
## Position Details
* Full-time, permanent position
* Setting: Outpatient — urgent care within a physician-owned multi-specialty group
* 2-year employment to full partnership track

## Practice Overview
Seeking a BC/BE Urgent Care Physician to join one of the largest multi-specialty groups in the Central New York region:
* Physician-owned and physician-run multi-specialty group established in 1938 — 85+ years of experience
* 100+ physicians and mid-level providers across nearly all medical and surgical specialties
* Multiple services under one roof for the convenience of both physicians and patients
* 2-year employment to full partnership — have a voice in your future
* Part of a Center of Excellence with BC/BE medical partner consultations
* Greater negotiating power with insurance companies
* Lower Upstate New York malpractice insurance premiums
* Predictable work schedule in a professional, stimulating practice environment
## Compensation & Benefits
