• 100% outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry role
• Manageable patient volume with 15-minute follow-ups and 1-hour new patient appointments
• Client will never double-book a provider; no-shows allow for admin time
• On-site nursing staff handle bloodwork, injections, and prior authorizations
• Teaching hospital affiliation with optional resident supervision opportunities
