Family or Internal Medicine Physician - Patient-Centered Primary Care (East Point & West Marietta, GA)

We’re looking for a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join mission-driven primary care teams serving East Point and West Marietta, Georgia. This full-time role emphasizes relationship-based medicine: fewer patients, longer visits, and strong interdisciplinary support so you can focus on prevention, wellness, and lasting outcomes.

What you’ll experience

• Manage an average of just 10-15 patients per day with 30-60 minute appointments that allow meaningful conversation and thoughtful care.
• Work within collaborative, team-based clinics that include Whole Health Coaches and other interdisciplinary partners.
• Practice in a model that prioritizes quality over volume, giving you time to listen, diagnose, and coordinate comprehensive care.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary range: $200,801-$317,053.
• Two weeks paid CME plus a $2,500 annual CME stipend.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Primary care experience preferred.
