• Daytime block schedule: 7 on 7 off, 7 am - 7 pm
• Two-physician and APP daytime coverage team
• Open ICU with virtual critical care support as backup
• Procedures required; intubation skills essential, additional procedures welcomed
• Patient census of 15 - 18 patients per shift
