Job Description

- 7-on, 7-off block schedule spanning Monday - Sunday
- Day shifts run 7 am - 7 pm with some night coverage 7 pm - 7 am
- Lead a close-knit team of 6 physicians and 1 APP
- Average patient census of 12 - 15 patients per hospitalist
- Open ICU experience required; some Intensivist support available
- Med director total compensation more than $400K, and a full benefits package
- Board-certified IM or FP with hospital medicine leadership experience required
- Tennessee community is 90 minutes from Memphis and 3 hours to Nashville
