• Full-time, hospital-employed position within a large and growing orthopedic group
• Join a team of 7 orthopedic surgeons with dedicated APP support
• 3-year guaranteed base compensation with competitive package
• Ambulatory surgery center ownership opportunity available
• Practice focus: degenerative, traumatic, and complex spinal conditions
• Minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal decompression, and fusion procedures
• Call ratio of 1:7; dedicated spine call planned as program grows
• Board-certified, fellowship-trained spine surgeon with 3 or more years of experience preferred
