- Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery available and required
- Bread-and-butter urology with subspecialty-trained surgeons welcome
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity-based bonuses
- Physicians own 49% of surgery center, providing additional income opportunity
- 10 days of call per month
- J-1/H-1B visas accepted; new graduates and experienced surgeons welcome
