A rewarding opportunity is available for a CRNA to join a well-established team in Northwest Florida, less than an hour from the sugar-white beaches of Destin. This permanent 1099 position offers a guaranteed base salary of $303,600 plus overtime opportunities, a Monday-Friday schedule, and a manageable 1:6 call rotation. Enjoy a broad mix of bread-and-butter cases, including approximately 50% GI, along with some epidurals and spinals. With 6 weeks of vacation, no state income tax, and easy access to the Gulf Coast's beaches, boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation, this opportunity offers an outstanding balance of compensation, lifestyle, and clinical variety.
