Job Description
A well-respected healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Adult NP for an outpatient opening seeing adult patients in Vero Beach.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Full-time, schedule can be 4 x 10's or 5 x 8's
- 100% outpatient
- will see ages 18+
- Call: Participate in a rotating call schedule shared among adult medicine providers, approximately 3-4 two-week rotations per year. Nurse triage services screens calls first, so direct provider callbacks are infrequent.
- Approximately 18-22+ ppd, depending on working an 8 or 10 hour day
- Seeking NP's with at least 2 years outpatient primary care experience
- Must be comfortable treating patients for chronic conditions and multiple comorbidities, managing own patient panel, diagnosing and prescribing
- Spanish or Creole speaking a plus but not required
- Prefer candidates with a FL Medicaid and Medicare number
