• 100% spine neurosurgery practice in a hospital-employed setting
• Fellowship training in spine required; board-certified or board-eligible
• Join a team of 4 neurosurgeons, each with distinct sub-specialties
• Mid-level support provided; approximately 6 call days per month
• Weekend call rotation approximately 1 in 4 weekends
• Advanced technology including intraoperative O-arm and CyberKnife on-site
• Academic affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine branch
