Orthopedic Surgeon - CA (Susanville/San Jose) | $366K, Full-Time w/ Benefits & CME

We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our well-respected healthcare team in California. This is a full-time opportunity with openings in Susanville and San Jose. What you’ll do

• Perform a broad range of orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repairs, using current and advanced surgical techniques.
• Manage patient care from initial evaluation through diagnosis, treatment planning, and pre- and post-operative follow-up.
• Work closely with other orthopedic surgeons, specialists, and care teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Help shape clinical practice by contributing to the development of care protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and staff, and stay engaged with advances in orthopedic surgery to share best practices with the team.

What we’re looking for

• Medical degree and completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Demonstrated experience performing a variety of orthopedic procedures and delivering excellent patient care.
