Family Medicine NP/PA Opening in OH
Located in West Portsmouth
Portsmouth 5m; Columbus 1.5hrs
Full-time; 2-year contract
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established family medicine practice in West Portsmouth, OH. Acute care focused with a motivated, patient-centered approach and flexibility to meet patient needs.
Practice Highlights
- Wednesday through Friday, 8am–8pm (three 12-hour shifts)
- 20–25 patients per day
- Acute care focused
- Procedures include injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatments and mole/skin tag removal
- Antibiotic Stewardship participation
- Call 1:51 weekdays (M–F) and 1:51 weekends (Saturday 8am–Monday 8am)
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Medicine experience preferred
- Eligible for Ohio licensure
Compensation & Benefits
- Bonus incentives up to 10% of salary
- 29 days PTO plus additional 40 hours at 75th percentile wRVU production
- 40 hours CME PTO plus up to $5,000 CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage $2M/$6M aggregate
- Health insurance
- 403(b) with 2% employer match
- 457(b) deferred compensation plan
