# Medical Oncologist opening in Mountain Home, AR
**Full-Time | Hospital-Adjacent Cancer Center | Inpatient & Outpatient | 1:4 Call**
### Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time position
- Join 1 physician and 3 APPs
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- State-of-the-art cancer center within walking distance of the hospital campus
- On-site laboratory and imaging services, including CT, PET, X-ray, and ultrasound
- On-site pharmacy and infusion services
- Radiation Oncology available on site
- On-site Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology physicians
- 1:4 call rotation
- Employed position with Highlands Oncology
### Compensation and Benefits:
- **$750,000 competitive base salary**
- Sign-on bonus of up to **$40,000**
- Productivity bonus opportunity
- Relocation assistance

### Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
