# Hospitalist Physician opening in Vincennes, IN
**Full-Time | Hospital-Employed/Group Practice | Flexible Block Scheduling | APP Support**
### Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Hospitalist opportunity
- 7-on/7-off or other flexible block scheduling options
- Average daily patient volume of 13-16 patients
- Established Hospitalist physician team
- APP support covering the heaviest admission times
- Broad specialist support, including Pulmonary/Critical Care, GI, Urology, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Nephrology, and General Surgery
- Privileges may include procedures if desired
- Occasional Basic/Non-Complex Vent Management alongside a 24-hour Pulmonary/Critical Care team
- Epic EMR and Abridge AI for documentation
- Dedicated physician liaison to assist with specialist relationships and consults
- Option to combine the Hospitalist role with a faculty or outpatient role
- On-site ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
- 4-time Magnet-designated hospital
- Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center

### Candidate Requirements:
- ACLS certification
- Graduation from a medical school or osteopathic school approved by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-approved residency in General Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
- ABMS/AOA Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of training completion
- Ability and willingness to provide occasional Basic/Non-Complex Vent Management alongside the 24-hour Pulmonary/Critical Care team
- Hospitalist experience strongly preferred
