- Full-time Trauma/Critical Care Surgery opportunity
- Join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multispecialty practices in the Midwest
- Established department expanding from 5 to 6 Trauma/Critical Care Surgeons
- Call schedule of 1:6
- Acute Care Surgery model
- Practice at a 370-bed ACS-verified Level I Trauma Center
- Affiliated 88-bed ACS-verified Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Approximately 1,700 trauma admissions annually
- Surgery department includes 5 Trauma/Critical Care Surgeons, 5 General Surgeons, 4 Colorectal Surgeons, and 1 Surgical Oncologist
- Cover only one location with modern Emergency Department and Trauma facilities
- Established General Surgery Residency Program
- Opportunities to participate in clinical research, education, and outreach
- Dedicated care team supporting patient management, outreach, and post-discharge follow-up

**Qualifications:**
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Trauma/Critical Care Surgery
- Completion of a Critical Care fellowship required
