• 24-hour shifts -- 8 am to 8 am
• 3 - 6 patients per shift
• Level II NICU -- collaborative APP and MD model
• Admissions required -- rounding on assigned patients
• UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
