Job Description
Locums - A well respected healthcare system is seeking an Anesthesiologist to assist with locums' coverage in the Somerset Pennsylvania area.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- Start January 2027
- Mon-Fri schedule with weeknight and weekend call
- 8 hour and 10 hour day shifts 630a-330p or 530p
- Weekday call from 530p-7a - weekend call 7a-7a
- 90% adult cases- 10% PEDS
- 2 MD's on site- you will be supervising CRNA's mostly
- MUST be comfortable with peds and Regional Anesthesia
- You will do basic Ortho blocks
- Average daily census is 16-20 cases
- Calls during the week are very rare- no OB services
- Average of 1 call on Saturday and one call on Sunday- very light call
- EMR is Epic
- Active PA license, ACLS, BLS and PALS
- Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
