Base salary of $600,000 plus productivity bonus opportunity

Up to $100,000 in commencement and relocation bonuses

$1,000 monthly fellowship stipend, if applicable

Join one otolaryngologist, one advanced practice provider, and one audiologist

Very busy, growing practice

Operate in the main OR and/or outpatient surgery center
