• Mon/Wed/Fri: 7 am - 4 pm | Tue/Thu: 9 am - 6 pm
• Avg 10 - 13+ patients per day
• Independent family practice
• All ages -- pediatrics (2 yrs) through geriatrics
• Episodic, chronic care, urgent visits, and women's health
• 2 years of independent family practice experience required
• Bilingual preferred
• Hospital privileges required
