• Lead TMS and Spravato services across multiple outpatient sites
• Oversee clinical quality improvement, peer review, and provider education
• Supervise and collaborate with APPs across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee
• Partner with CMO on new program launches and clinical hiring
• Support complex cases and provide daytime on-call backup for providers
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry required
• Minimum of 2 years in physician leadership experience required
• NC, VA, and TN licenses required or obtainable within 90 days of hire
