• 7 am - 5 pm shifts, 10-hour days
• Adult patient population -- ages 18 and up
• Hospital-based neurosurgery NP role
• Procedures: dressing changes, drain removal, laceration repair
• EVD and lumbar drain manipulation and removal required
• Cervical spine clearance and ICP monitor removal required
• Rounding, orders, notes, discharge, and consult responsibilities
• OR first assist potential -- not required
