NP/PA Urology Need in Oregon
Located in Astoria
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join practice.
Details:
- Collaborative and growing practice focused on person-centered care.
- Outpatient opportunity with a 4-day work week.
- Dedicated clinic and administrative time.
- Autonomy to see both new and established adult and patients.
- Tenured clinic staff including urologists, a physician associate, medical assistants, 2 clinic nurses and surgery scheduler.
Requirements:
- Two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Active unrestricted DEA Certificate
- Physician Associate Requirements
Master’s or baccalaureate degree and completion of an accredited PA program
Current NCCPA certification
Active, unrestricted Oregon Physician Associate license
- Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
Master’s, post-master’s or doctorate degree in an accredited NP program.
Current national NP certification.
Active, unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner license
