Palliative Care Position in Oklahoma
Located in Tulsa or Muskogee
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Palliative Care doctor to join hospital.
Details: Muskogee
- Primarily inpatient practice, with outpatient services developing over time.
- Supervise an APP who rounds on patients, with the physician providing follow-up rounds.
- ICU consultation volume of approximately seven consults per week.
- Treat a diverse patient population, including patients with chronic ventilator dependence, heart failure, oncology diagnoses, and COPD.
- Opportunity to collaborate with an expanding multidisciplinary team, including plans to recruit a social worker.
- ~10 consults/day
Details: Tulsa
- Practice mix of approximately 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient.
- Join an established team of two physicians and three APPs.
- ~10 consults/day
Both:
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary practice environment.
- No overnight or weekend call
- Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of palliative care services.
