• Outpatient-only practice with a four- or five-day workweek option
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours per week
• Team of 4 physicians and 8 advanced practice clinicians
• Call rotation of 1:10 shared with all primary care physicians in the group
• 35 days of time off annually including PTO, holidays, and CME
