Nephrologist Job in Ohio
Practice Highlights
- Scope: Mix of inpatient consults, outpatient CKD management, and regional dialysis rounding.
- Dialysis Units: Practice covers 4 regional units total (all within 25 minutes of the main campus), with schedules optimized to cover just 2 units per day.
- Support: Dedicated clinic staff, care coordinators, expert dialysis nurses/technicians, specialized renal dietitians, and social workers.
- Predictable Block Schedule
- Week 1: Inpatient service
- Week 2: Outpatient clinic & dialysis (4-day work week)
- Volumes: Average 20–25 patients/day in the clinic; 13–25 patients/day on inpatient service days
