• Part-time position with flexible scheduling options
• Evening shifts run 2 pm - 9 pm, 1 - 2 evenings per week
• Weekend shifts run 8 am - 6 pm with flex-day scheduling
• Solo provider role managing booked appointments and walk-ins
• Experience with chronic care and acute care medicine preferred
• Patient census of 22 - 25 patients per day in a clinic setting
• Urgent care experience preferred; board-certified or board-eligible required
• DEA required; competitive hourly compensation offered
