• Full-time schedule: 32 patient contact hours and 8 flexible administrative hours weekly
• Administrative hours may be completed remotely, supporting a 4-day workweek
• Part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunities also available
• Low patient volume with an average of 16 patients per day
• Collaborative team includes Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians and APPs
