Family Medicine Physician - Aurora, CO | Comprehensive Primary Care, $150-160K + Bonuses

This role emphasizes comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and continuity of care - building lasting relationships with patients and families across the lifespan.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic illness management.
• Perform physical exams, health screenings, and preventive care; develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Provide counseling on nutrition, lifestyle, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate effectively with specialists and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and support quality improvement efforts using evidence-based practices.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Colorado and current or obtainable DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
