Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care, Aurora CO

We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Aurora, Colorado. You’ll care for patients of all ages, provide evidence-based treatment, and help patients stay healthy through prevention, education, and coordinated care.

What you’ll do

• Deliver full-scope primary and family medicine care across the lifespan.
• Perform health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in line with best-practice guidelines.
• Provide preventive care, screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.
• Create individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and foster a positive patient experience.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family) or Physician Assistant.
• Background in primary care or family medicine; at least 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Colorado license (NP or PA) and valid DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and patients.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $115,000-$120,000 plus bonuses.
