Job Description
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Hawaii. This outpatient position offers the opportunity to provide broad-spectrum primary care to a close-knit rural community.
Overview
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shared after-hours call, including Sundays
- Approximately 10–14 patients per day
- Patient Population – All ages
- Primarily scheduled appointments, with walk-ins accepted
- EMR – Athena
- Travel and Lodging provided
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
- Active Hawaii medical license
- Required certifications include DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS
