Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity in Naples, FL

Physicians Regional Healthcare System is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join an established, top-tier surgical team at Physicians Regional – Pine Ridge Hospital in beautiful Naples, Florida.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established surgeon to help build, shape, and lead a growing cardiovascular and thoracic program. You will join an integrated team of 4 CT surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) servicing a high-demand, affluent Southwest Florida community.

Practice & Clinical Scope

• Comprehensive Clinical Practice: Broad cardiothoracic scope covering adult cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman), and complex aortic surgery.
• Annual Volumes: ~237 Cardiac cases and ~31 Thoracic cases per year.
• Call Coverage: 1:3 combined CT call (includes weekend coverage).
• Robotic & Advanced Technology: Access to 3 Da Vinci surgical robots with dedicated robotic block time for thoracic procedures, as well as VATS equipment, Hybrid Suite technology, and an active ECMO program.
• Convenience: Outpatient clinic is conveniently located directly on the Pine Ridge Hospital campus.
