GI Physicians at Seton Medical Center, Harker Heights, Texas

As a multi-specialty group affiliated with Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, Wellstone Health Partners is searching for a BE/BC general or an advanced endoscopy-trained Gastroenterologist to join an established, employed practice in Harker Heights, Texas (1 hr. N of Austin/2 hr. from Dallas) with a service area of approximately 500,000.

About Your Work: 

• Wellstone Health Partners (16 physicians / 11 advanced practice providers) operates a specialized GI team consisting of 1 physician with advanced endoscopy training and 2 advanced practice providers
• Experienced clinical support staff and a dedicated medical assistant
• Flexible Schedule: Up to 5 days per week in the GI laboratory (based on provider preference)
• Preferred advanced procedures available, including ERCP and EUS (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic ultrasound)
• Located in Harker Heights on the campus of the medical center
• Inpatient and Outpatient
• Endoscopy laboratory blocks scheduled Monday through Friday mornings, with clinical outpatient visits in the afternoons
• On-call coverage: 10 days per month with additional compensation for excess call shifts
