Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner opening in Southbridge, MA
Full-Time | Adult Outpatient Psychiatry | Onsite
An established behavioral health program in Southbridge, Massachusetts is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult outpatients within an integrated continuum of behavioral health services.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity
- 100% onsite
- Primarily adult outpatient mental health
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management
- Opportunity to participate in Partial Hospital programming based on program needs and experience
- Potential involvement in Interventional Psychiatry based on experience
- Collaborate closely with therapists, nurses, and behavioral health leadership
- Coordinate care with IOP, PHP, Addiction Immediate Care, Crisis Services, and Inpatient programs
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews
- Work across multiple behavioral health settings as needed
- Join an established group of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- Group supervision and professional support available
- Continuing education time and allowance provided
- May conduct mental health evaluations on medical floors and in emergency care settings as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time annual hiring range: **$127,587.20 – $160,763.20**

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited graduate program in psychiatric nursing
- Massachusetts licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Recognition to practice in an expanded role by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of advanced clinical practice in psychiatric nursing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
- Ability to present patient care cases in court when required
