Associate Medical Director - Primary Care (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) - Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Brooklyn team as an Associate Medical Director in Primary Care. This role balances clinical practice with leadership, helping to shape high-quality, coordinated care for a diverse community while continuing to see patients.

What you’ll do

• Provide full-spectrum primary care: preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care when needed.
• Support the Medical Director in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring smooth, day-to-day practice flow.
• Mentor and collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to promote clinical excellence and teamwork.
• Drive patient safety, quality improvement, population health, and care coordination efforts.
• Participate in teaching and professional development activities for the care team.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New York.
• Strong communicator with excellent collaboration and clinical skills.
• Experience in leadership, mentorship, or quality improvement is a plus.
• A commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations is essential.
