Job Description
Compensation
· $170 per hour
Schedule
· Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
· Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Practice details
· Location: Hackensack, NJ
· Patient volume: ~40-50 patients per day
· Coverage: Single-physician model
· Clinical support: 1-2 Certified Medical Assistants per shift
· EMR: Epic
Key responsibilities
· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
· Perform laceration repairs and suturing as needed
· Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications appropriately
· Order and interpret tests; determine need for specialist referral or ED transfer
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic
· Collaborate with CMAs and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care
Requirements
· Active New Jersey medical license
· Active DEA registration
