• Hospital-employed position with average 12 shifts per month for full-time
• 12-hour shifts with balance of days and nights: 7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am
• Average 1 - 5 physicians on at any given time with 2 - 3 APPs from 8 am - 12 midnight
