Key responsibilities

• Provide perioperative anesthesia care for inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
• Participate in a 1:8 primary call rotation
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• If Board Eligible, must obtain board certification within five years of residency completion (if applicable)
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• BLS required; ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
