Emergency Department APP opening in Hastings, NE
2 x 12-Hour Shifts/Week | Level III Trauma Center
An established emergency medicine team in Hastings, Nebraska is seeking a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Level III Trauma Center serving approximately 16,000 emergency department patients annually.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Emergency Department APP opportunity
- 2 twelve-hour shifts per week
- Typical shift of 12:00 PM-12:00 AM
- Shifts may vary
- Level III Trauma Center
- Approximately 16,000 ED visits annually
- 9-room Emergency Department
- Work alongside a 6-physician Emergency Medicine team
- APP coverage during peak hours
- Participate in quality initiatives
- Opportunity to support community partnerships
- EPIC EMR

Candidate Requirements:
- Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited PA or APRN program
- Current or eligible Nebraska PA or APRN license
- Ability to provide Emergency Department care within designated scope of practice
- Previous Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or other acute-care experience preferred
