Located in Portsmouth
Columbus 1.5hrs; Huntington, WV 1hr
Full-time; 2-year contract
Seeking a BE/BC Dermatologist to join an established, hospital-employed outpatient dermatology practice in Portsmouth, OH. Join one physician and an NP with a full procedure setup and no call requirements.
Practice Highlights
- Monday through Thursday 8am–5pm; Friday 8am–12pm
- 20–30 patients per day
- No call required
- All rooms set up as procedure rooms plus one light therapy room
- Procedures: ED&C, cryotherapy, punch and shave biopsies, excisions
- Equipment: phototherapy booth, IPL machine, hyfrecator, smoke evacuator and dermatoscopes
- Dedicated scribe, office manager and clinical support staff
Qualifications
- BE/BC in Dermatology
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (15% of base salary)
- Bonus incentives up to 10% of salary
- Medical school loan repayment up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year)
- Residency stipend up to $25,000
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- 29 days PTO; additional 5 days at 75th percentile wRVU production
- 5 days CME plus up to $5,000 CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage $2M/$6M aggregate
- Health insurance
- 403(b) with 2% employer match
- 457(b) deferred compensation plan
