**$526,000 Base Salary** | Uncapped wRVU Incentives | Sign-On Bonus
An established surgical practice in Brookville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a General Surgeon to join a physician-led organization with more than 200 providers. The practice is fully staffed and supported by primary care and specialty providers at a 25-bed critical access hospital.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Established, fully staffed practice with primary care and specialty provider support.
- Hospital with 25 beds and four operating rooms.
- Minimal call, based on postoperative admissions.
- Ability to perform scopes required.
- Employed position within a physician-led organization of more than 200 providers.
- Healthcare system with nine hospitals serving 29 counties in Pennsylvania.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- **$526,000 base salary** plus uncapped wRVU incentives.
- **$25,000 sign-on bonus.**
- **$10,000 relocation assistance.**
- **$75,000 educational loan assistance.**
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 403(b) retirement plan with a 2% match.
- $3,500 annually plus 40 hours for CME.
