Locums - Outpatient Primary Care FP/IM clinic opportunity in NW Phoenix, AZ

Locums opportunity to join a growing private practice group with Primary Care clinic in NW Phoenix, AZ - Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Start ASAP and will be ongoing until perm is hired
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities
• National well established Primary Care private practice group
• Value based care model
• 17-21 patients per day ramp up
• Commercial insurance patient population only
• Spanish preferred but not required
• Full support staff on site
• EMR used is eClinicalWorks
• Generous hourly rate with malpractice included
