Your Responsibilities

• Round on patients and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Perform H&Ps, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.

• Complete patient charts, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with appropriate qualifications for the inpatient setting.

• North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.

• Inpatient, hospitalist, or LTACH experience preferred.
