• Day shift -- 7 days on, 7 days off beginning Tuesday mornings
• Schedule: 7 am - 5 pm
• No call required
• 5 - 6 patients seen per day
• Inpatient rehab facility
• Neuro and poly trauma diagnoses -- determining inpatient rehab eligibility
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
