• 4 10s per week -- 8 am - 5 pm with beeper call
• Call ratio 1:4 -- roughly one day per week and one weekend per month
• Weekends: Friday 7 am - Monday 7 am with in-house rounding then beeper
• 10 patients per shift
• Inpatient rounding shared among three APPs
• First assist certified required -- OR duties included
• Vein harvest with Maquet equipment -- open radial or harmonic scalpel
• ACLS and BLS required
