Primary Care Leadership Opportunity - Help Launch New Practices Across Metro ATL - $350k Base + $50k Sign On +Additional Leadership Compensation

Join a growing, physician-owned Primary Care organization expanding throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area! Seeking experienced, Board-Certified Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians interested in helping establish and lead new outpatient practice locations. Enjoy the opportunity to help establish and grow a new practice with the resources and support of an established, physician-owned medical group.

Looking for physicians to join the team, as well as those looking for leadership roles.
$350,000 base salary + $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Total compensation potential well above $400K after year one, plus additional compensation for helping establish a new location.
Leadership opportunity helping launch and grow a new outpatient practice.
Expansion planned for Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, and Roswell, with other major Atlanta metro communities considered.
100% outpatient, adult-only patient population (18+).
Monday Friday schedule, 4- or 5-day workweek, with weekends and major holidays off.
Established physician-owned organization with comprehensive clinical and administrative support.
Student loan repayment, relocation assistance, malpractice with tail, CME, 401(k), and generous PTO.
Ideal candidates will be Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, have prior clinical experience, and be interested in long-term practice growth..
