25 bed critical access hospital.
4 OR's.
Minimal call that is based on post-op admissions.
Must do scopes.
Employed position with a physician led group of over 200 providers.
$25k sign on, $10k relocation and $75k in educational loan assistance.
Great medical, dental, and vision package.
430b retirement with match.
$3.5k + 40 hours annually for CME.
25 days of PTO.
