Hospital-Employed General Anesthesiologist - Littleton, NH (Full-Time, Call, $600-$650K + Bonus)

We’re looking for a skilled, dedicated anesthesiologist to join our team full time in Littleton, New Hampshire. You’ll provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a broad mix of surgical cases in a hospital setting, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other care team members to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. The position is hospital-employed and includes participation in an on-call rotation; specific call details will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation and benefits

• Base compensation range $600,000-$650,000 plus bonuses

Minimum requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Residency completed in Anesthesiology
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active New Hampshire medical license or ability to obtain licensure
