Orthopedic Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Littleton, NH (Full-Time, $110K-$130K)

We’re seeking a full-time orthopedic clinician to join an experienced team in Littleton, NH. If you’re a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with orthopedic experience and are comfortable performing trigger point injections, you’ll find a supportive environment and an opportunity to make a real impact in a busy community hospital.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate patients, take histories, and diagnose common musculoskeletal conditions such as fractures, sprains, arthritis, and overuse injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-rays, MRI, labs) to guide care.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans including medications, physical therapy, injections, and when appropriate, surgical referral or involvement.
• Perform procedures consistent with your scope of practice, including trigger point injections and other office-based interventions.
• Participate in perioperative care and assist with or manage cases such as arthroscopy, fracture care, and joint replacement recovery as appropriate.
• Prescribe and oversee rehabilitation programs and monitor recovery progress.
• Educate patients and families about injury prevention, recovery expectations, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the broader care team.

What we’re looking for

• Current, active PA or NP license.
• New Hampshire license and DEA registration required.
• Demonstrated orthopedic experience and comfort with trigger point injections.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $110,000-$130,000.
