Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Skilled Nursing & Hospitalist (Murfreesboro, TN)

We’re looking for a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across local skilled nursing facilities. You’ll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients, offering clinical leadership and oversight in assigned facilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time schedule: physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week.
• No fixed daily start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities.
• Expect to see about 18-25 patients per day.
• Flexible scheduling to support an excellent work-life balance.
• Company provides an iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation.

Who we’re hoping to hear from

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license - or eligible to obtain one.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. New graduates who are board-eligible and working toward licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• A commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care populations.
